About us

Ephesians Events is a wedding planning company based in Huntland, TN. The business is owned and operated by Haley Gyurnek, who received her Certification in Wedding Planning in 2021. Working with a focus on organization and communication, Haley will strive to ensure your event is flawless. She is available to collaborate with couples throughout Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama.

Ephesians Events understands that every event is different and offers a range of packages to suit the needs of newlyweds-to-be. Whether you’re just getting started on your planning journey, or need help tidying up the details, they can offer a package for you. A la carte services are also available.

Ephesians Events can plan every aspect of your special day. Along with ceremonies and receptions, they will be on-hand to ensure that your rehearsal dinner and cocktail go according to plan. This team can take care of both logistical and aesthetic elements of your day, from event design to tracking the RSVPs.

Day-of Coordinating Package

Pre-Wedding
-Two pre-wedding consultations
-Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
-Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
-Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Wedding Day
-Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
-Directing the ceremony processional
-Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
-Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
-Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
-Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
-Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
-Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Reservation fee: $250
Balance due 1 month before wedding: $500

Don’t be a bride who forgets to feed herself till dinner time! If you’ll place the order, we will be happy to pick up and deliver breakfast or lunch for your bridal party on the day of the wedding!

Let us provide Professional Assistance at your ceremony rehearsal to ensure that there are no hiccups come ceremony time!

Extra Hands

If your wedding has a large party, or, perhaps, your ceremony and reception are taking place in two separate places, it is incredibly helpful to have an extra representative on-site so that your lead-planner can focus on you and your needs!

Thank you for considering Ephesians Events to play a role in your most special day! From having a wedding photographer as my grandfather, to having an officiant as a father, having my first “real” job as a bridal stylist, and eventually becoming a sales professional in the jewelry industry, it felt, in more ways than one, that this Wedding Planning gig was always meant to be mine.
